ACCENT®XL
ACCENT®XL Radio Frequency tightens and rejuvenates skin head to toe.  ACCENT®XL IS FDA approved and virtually pain free, stimulating the formation of new collagen giving the skin a firmer, tighter, healthier appearance.

ALEXTriVantage TM
The ALEXTriVantageTM is used to treat age spots, birthmarks, freckles, pigmented lesions and measma, (dark, irregular patches generally on a patient's face).  It is unique in its ability to selectively treat the area while leaving the surrounding skin undamaged.  With ALEXTriVantageTM, you will generally feel less discomfort and require less recovery time than man other treatment methods.  After treatment, there may be temporary discoloration or reddening of the skin around the area, giving way to normal, healthy looking skin.  The ALEXTriVantageTM is also extremely effective removing unwanted tattoos, both amateur and professional, and multiple tattoo inks including all colors.

Gentle YAG®
The GentleYAG® laser will combat the effects of aging in a softer, gentler way by delivering laser energy through the skin to gently stimulate the production of collagen. GentleYAG® is designed to avoid the top layers of skin pigment and has FDA clearance for all skin types. The laser creates a beam of high-intensity light that penetrates deeply into the skin tissue delivering a controlled amount of targeted therapeutic heat. Some patients describe the treatment as similar to the snapping of a rubber band on the skin. This slight discomfort goes away in several seconds. Risks are minimal; redness is the most common and is expected for a brief period. Patients can resume normal activity immediately following treatment.

GentleLASE®
GentleLASE® is used for hair removal on the face and body.  GentleLASE® treats quickly, comfortably and effectively and provides hair reduction on all skin types. Patients must avoid tanning for 2 - 4 weeks before and after treatment as the melanin formation in the skin due to sun exposure decreases the effectiveness of the treatment. During treatment, patients experience a slight stinging sensation that quickly subsides.

Harmony®XL
The Harmony®XL safely delivers excellent results for all skin types, is extremely effective on large or deep vascular lesions, acne scars and fine wrinkles as well as dermal pigment lesions.  VanderVeer Center in Portland, Oregon, medical staff delivers effective and reliable patient results with minimal to no discomfort and downtime.

i-lipo®

The i-Lipo® emits low levels of laser energy, which creates a chemical signal in the fat cells, breaking down the stored triglycerides into free fatty acids and glycerol and releasing them though channels in the cell membranes.  The fatty acids and glycerol are then transported around the body to the tissues that will use them during metabolism to create energy.  This process of fatty acid release is a natural response of the body when the body needs to used stored energy reserves, thus i-Lipo® is not creating any unnatural reaction in the body nor does it affect or damage any surrounding structures such as skin, blood vessels and peripheral nerves.  A period of exercise post treatment will ensure the complete metabolism and thus elimination from the body of the freed fatty acids.

i-Lipo® can target fat reduction in specific problem area. By positioning the laser pads on the target area such as chin, upper arms, abdomen or thighs fat can be broken down and removed specifically from that area. This is a big advantage over diet and exercise which can reduce overall body fat but not shape individual areas. 

Pixel TM
Pixel TM Laser is an FDA approved skin resurfacing laser that treats age and sun damaged skin, including wrinkles, age spots and fine lines, improves the tone and texture of the skin and tightens, decreasing pore size, reducing hyperpigmentation and improving acne, keloid scars and stretch marks. The procedure is performed with minimal down time and discomfort. Patients will notice improvements in skin over time with a series of treatments as the laser stimulates the skin's natural collagen remodeling resulting in skin improvement.

Portrait®
Portrait® Skin Regeneration is different from other laser treatments in that it is the first and only treatment clinically proven to regenerate skin. Its unique energy-transferring mechanism initiates regeneration deep below the skin’s surface, remodeling the skin’s architecture. This creates dramatic results that improve over time as the new architecture progressively replaces the old. The SmoothbeamTM laser helps to renew skin by stimulating the generation of new collagen by precise targeting and heating of the collagen in the upper dermis of the skin while protecting the epidermis. SmoothbeamTM safely softens fine lines and wrinkles around the mouth (as well as eyes) in addition to improving the appearance of acne and acne scars.

VBeam Perfecta®
VBeam Perfecta® is best used to remove red and brown skin discoloration caused by rosacea, acne, spider veins, birthmarks and vascular related symptoms. ZERONA®
ZERONA® body slimming is the first non-invasive aesthetic device to receive FDA approval for fat melting of the waist, hips, and thighs. At VanderVeer Center in Portland, Oregon, patients lose an average of 3 to 8 inches of fat in just two weeks. There is no risk involved with ZERONA® low-level laser therapy. It is considered a safe alternative to invasive procedures such as liposuction. A treatment series includes 6 treatments, scheduled every other day for two weeks.
