BOTOX® Cosmetic, Dysport® or Xeomin®

The use of BOTOX® Cosmetic, Dysport® and Xeomin® to erase wrinkles and fine lines is aesthetic medicine's most popular, non-surgical procedure. Botulinum Toxin Type A is a muscle relaxant that has been successfully used in medical treatments for over 30 years in specialties such as neurology and ophthalmology. BOTOX® Cosmetic, Dysport® and Xeomin® temporarily reduce or eliminates frown lines, forehead creases, crows feet near the eyes and thick bands in the neck by blocing nerve impulses, temporarily relaxing the muscles that cause wrinkles. What makes Perlane® different is the molecular size of the particles. On average, the gel particles in Perlane® are larger than those in Restylane®, which makes Perlane® a good choice for wrinkles that benefit from a deeper injection.
