Treatment for Arms and Hands
Hands have the same susceptibility to sun damage and aging as the rest of our body. Additionally, due to aging, we lose skin elasticity.At VanderVeer Center, there are several treatments available to rejuvenate both our arms and hands, restoring a more youthful color, tone, texture and contour. Depending on your unique conditions and goals, we will put together a program that may include ACCENT®XL for skin tightening and contouring, Intense Pulsed Light (IPL/AFT) or ALEXTriVantage TM for discoloration, and RADIESSE®, a natural filler used to restore youthful volume and plumpness to the hands. Many of these treatments can be performed in one visit and provide instantaneous, long lasting results. Recently we had a 98-year old patient who had hand restoration including Intense Pulsed Light (IPL/AFT) for discoloration and RADIESSE® for immediate volumization!
